About Exeon:Exeon Analytics AG is a cyber tech company specialising in the protection of IT and OT networks through AI-driven security analytics. Our Network Detection & Response (NDR) platform ExeonTrace allows companies to monitor corporate networks, immediately detect cyber threats and thus effectively protect their corporate networks - quickly, reliably, and completely hardware-free. The self-learning algorithms were developed at ETH Zurich and are based on more than ten years of academic research. Exeon consists of an interdisciplinary team of data scientists, machine learning experts, white hat hackers, network security specialists and business professionals. We are determined to become the leading NDR provider in Europe and already count renowned companies such as PostFinance, Planzer and SWISS Airlines among our customers.

What your impact will be like:

As Head of Marketing, you will be leading and overseeing all our marketing activities and closely collaborate with our CCO Gregor and five Marketing experts in your team.

To strengthen our European presence, you will further develop the brand across Europe and implement initiatives to raise awareness and generate leads in our target markets.


In particular, you will:

  • Develop and implement growth campaigns to promote Exeon's NDR solutions in our target markets
  • Manage budgets, allocate resources, and set goals for the Marketing Team
  • Identify market opportunities and closely collaborate with Sales and Partner Management to capitalise on those
  • Ensure consistent and highquality communication across various marketing channels
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, refine strategies and optimise results

  • Several years of experience in a senior marketing role in the cybersecurity industry, ideally with an NDR, EDR or SIEM vendor
  • Strong and proven leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
  • A passion for cybersecurity, innovation and continuous professional and personal growth
  • Fluent in English, preferably also advanced skills in German
