Pharmanovia's therapeutic areas include Cardiovascular, Oncology, Endocrinology and Neurology.

About the role:

  • Project management of the ongoing internal and external projects within Pharmanovia.
  • Take responsibility for project management and tracking of key projects.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of project performance to senior stakeholders and other members of the Pharmanovia team.
  • Aid ongoing building of professional relationships with partner companies via defined communication channels on a global level.
  • Create and deliver project plans in alignment with the crossfunctional Pharmanovia teams.
  • Setup regular meetings for key project workstreams to facilitate knowledge exchange between team members and followup on actions.
  • Hold crossfunctional team to account on actions on deliverables.
  • Organise and schedule meetings both internally and externally, preparing agendas and taking and distributing minutes.
  • Provide a proactive approach to problem solving within the projects, assisting the company to deliver on key functional and strategic goals.
  • Identify potential project problems, risks, mitigate contingencies and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and manage ongoing professional relationships with Pharmanovia's key partner companies.
  • Oversee day to day activities of junior staff and coach them to help them perform efficiently.

About you - what we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in project management
  • Strong understanding of best practices in project portfolio management
  • Familiar with governance and risk management frameworks
  • Pharmaceutical sector experience desirable
  • Experience of leading project meetings, preparation of the project meeting agenda and taking minutes
  • Analytical with the ability to produce professional reports, identifying trends and making suitable recommendations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Advanced level of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • A current or working towards a project management qualification
