MISSION GENERALE
Le Team Leader / Coordinateur du service préparation VN VO (H/F) planifie et organise les livraisons et la préparation des véhicules neufs et d'occasion. Il gère et soutient une équipe dans la préparation des véhicules, et effectue des tests et contrôles mécaniques.
MISSION DETAILLEE
- Gestion du planning de préparation et de livraison des véhicules
- Gestion d'une équipe de préparateurs VN et VO et coordination avec le chef d'atelier
- Test de reprise des véhicules et coordination avec l'atelier pour effectuer les réparations nécessaires
- Planification et présentation des véhicules aux expertises
- Gestion du stock et mise en place du parc d'occasions
- Entretien et suivi du parc VO VN (propreté. alignement, etc.)
- Contrôle qualité du travail effectué et soutien pour la pose des accessoires
- Soutien aux préparateurs pour la préparation esthétique et mécanique des véhicules (nettoyage intérieur et extérieur, polissage des carrosseries, montage/démontage des roues et pneus)
VOTRE PROFIL
- Expérience réussie à un poste de Mécanicien et/ou de Préparateurs véhicules depuis minimum 3-5 ans.
- Connaissance des méthodes de travail pour la préparation des VN et VO
- Formation de Mécanicien en maintenance d'automobiles (CFC ou équivalent)
- Permis de conduire valable
- Résident(e) suisse (suisse, permis C ou B) et domicilié(e) dans la région du Valais
- Vous êtes extrêmemnt organisé et avez un fort intérêt pour la planification
- Vous avez du leadership
- Vous cherchez un poste alliant compétences techniques et compétences organisationnelles
- Vous avez le sens du détail et des priorités
- Vous savez gérer votre stress
- Vous êtes une personne dynamique, flexible, motivée, intègre, loyale
