Job Title: Senior Project Manager Logistics

In this role, you will manage critical 3PL Logistics Projects and drive the selection process and integration of a strategic Logistic Service Provider. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day responsibility for project management, ensuring overall delivery of tasks and resources from Lonza, logging risks and issues, and reporting regular progress against agreed measures.
  • Responsible for planning, developing, delivering, and tracking change management deliverables, including communications, stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, organizational readiness analysis, coaching, resistance management, and change reinforcement.
  • Main point of contact for the internal and external project team, working hand-in-hand with the external Project Manager.
  • Coordinate Project Board Meetings and phase sign-offs (acceptance criteria) with the business.
  • Responsible for the communications plan for the project.

Key requirements for this role include:

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Project Management, SCM, Logistics, or a similar qualification.
  • Solid Project Management experience, preferably in Logistics projects.
  • Solid work experience within the Pharmaceutical industry and its Supply Chain.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop business relationships across functions.
  • Fluency in English and German (we can help you reach the expected level).
