**Vos principales missions**:

- Conduire le site en matière de qualité, conformément aux statégies du groupe.
- Amélioration continue
- Gérer et surveiller les non-conformités internes et les réclamations des clients
- Veiller aux performances qualités du site
- Favoriser une communication efficace avec les clients
- Diriger, exécuter et mettre en œuvre le système de gestion de la qualité conformément aux normes.
- Encadrer et manager l'équipe qualité entre 10 et 15 collaborateurs
- Veiller à ce que des plans de succession efficaces soient mis en place pour encourager et développer la croissance des équipes.
- Gérer les relations avec les partenaires commerciaux afin d'offrir un soutien aux clients internes.

**Votre profil**:

- Vous parlez l'anglais (minimum B2)
- Diplômé d'une lincence, ou équivalence.
- Vous possédez entre 4 et 8 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
- Expérience des normes : FSSC22000 / ISO9001 / RSPO et autres normes en lien avec l'alimentaire et la chimie.
- Excellente communication
- Capacité à prendre des décisions
