**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Als **Application Service Supporter** unterstützt du Mitarbeiter:innen aktiv dabei, Störungen an ihren IT-Arbeitsplätzen zu beheben.
- Dein Ziel ist es, den Arbeitsablauf reibungslos zu gestalten.
- Du gehst proaktiv vor und optimierst **IT-Prozesse** auf allen Ebenen, um die Effizienz und Produktivität zu steigern.
- Fachlich berätst und unterstützt du Business-Bereiche bei der Entwicklung von Spezifikationen, um ihren Anforderungen gerecht zu werden.
- Mit geschickter und systematischer Anleitung führst du Nutzer:innen sicher durch Änderungen und Updates, um einen nahtlosen Übergang zu gewährleisten.
- Darüber hinaus installierst du Hardware und Software und setzt kleinere **IT-Applikationsprojekte** um.

**Deine Skills**:

- Du bringst entweder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als **Informatiker/-in EFZ** oder relevante Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position mit.
- Du verfügst über umfassende Kenntnisse im **PC-Umfeld**, einschliesslich Betriebssystemen wie Windows und **Anwendungsprogrammen **wie Office.
- Deine herausragende Stärke liegt in deiner Fähigkeit, strukturiert zu arbeiten und Prioritäten zu setzen.
- Persönlicher Kontakt mit den Nutzer:innen bereitet dir Freude und du bist gut darin, eine positive Beziehung zu ihnen aufzubauen.
- Hervorragende **Deutschkenntnisse **in Wort und Schrift sind für dich selbstverständlich, und **Französischkenntnisse **sind von Vorteil.
- Ein **Führerschein der Kategorie B** wäre ebenfalls von Vorteil.
