Was Du tun wirst

  • Als Technical Team Lead arbeitest Du zusammen mit unseren Projektmanagern, Designern sowie Front- und Backend-Profis an der Entwicklung erstklassiger Software-Lösungen
  • Anhand von Entwürfen und Kundenanforderungen erarbeitest Du neue, voll funktionsfähige Software-Anwendungen
  • Du setzt modernste Technologien und Tools ein, um anspruchsvolle Kundenprojekte in verschiedensten Branchen zu realisieren
  • Du unterstützt interdisziplinäre Entwicklerteams als Coach und Führungsperson

Was Du fachlich mitbringst

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise in Computer Sciences
  • Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
  • Du kennst Dich bestens mit Backend-Technologien aus, vorzugsweise Java, Spring Boot oder .NET
  • Du verstehst Software-Architekturen inkl. Datenbank-Design und REST-Schnittstellen
  • Du hattest schon Berührungspunkte mit CI/CD und DevOps
  • Du konntest bereits Erfahrung als Team Lead sammeln und bist in der Lage, mit gutem Beispiel voranzugehen, um Dein Team zu motivieren
  • Erfahrung mit Frontend-Technologien (z.B. Angular, React) oder Mobile-Technologien (z.B. iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter) ist von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit AWS, Azure oder Google Cloud ist ebenfalls ein Plus
