**Job Description Summary**: Wir suchen einen Group Leader Combustion Parts (M/F) im Bereich Repair am GE Produktionsstandort in Birr.

Sie sind verantwortlich für die Koordination der Produktionsabläufe und stellen die Produktqualität sicher. Diese Rolle ist entscheidend für unseren Erfolg, da Sie das erste eingeführte Lean Konzept leiten und Kaizens vorantreiben werden.

**Hauptaufgaben**
- Personelles Führen von zwei Teams von rund 20 Mitarbeitenden
- Planen der Personalressourcen für einen 2- und 3-Schichbetrieb
- Führen des täglichen Shopfloors in Bezug auf EHS, Qualität, Lieferung, Kosten und Produktivität
- Planen der notwendigen Ressourcen (Einrichtungen, Betriebsmittel und Systeme)
- Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von Vorschriften über Arbeitssicherheit, Umwelt
- und Gesundheitsschutz
- Pflegen von einer offenen Berichtskultur (Bottom-up)
- Ausführen und Umsetzen der Businessziele für das laufende Jahr
- Verantwortlich für die Einhaltung des Budgets
- Sicherstellen einer klaren Kommunikation der wichtigsten Kunden
- und Geschäftsprioritäten an die Mitarbeitenden
- Als Coach agieren um Mitarbeitende zu fördern und weiterzuentwickeln
- Erstellen von Trainingsplänen und Skills Matrix für die Mitarbeitenden
- Vorantreiben eines lösungsorientierten Denken und Handeln
- Sicherstellen der Feinplanung an den Maschinen zur Erreichung der Ziele in Bezug auf Termine, Qualität, Kosten, Bestandsreduktion und Budget
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den vorgelagerten Stellen zur Sicherstellung und Erfüllung der Anforderungen z. B. Planungs-, Qualität
- und Instandhaltungsabteilung
- Erledigen von administrativen Tätigkeiten und Unterstützen von Kundenmeetings bei Bedarf
- Optimieren der Prozesse zur Reduktion der Vorlauf
- und Durchlaufzeiten sowie der Produktionskosten
- Anwendung von TPM und 5S innerhalb der Zelle und des Bereiches
- Vorantreiben von Prozessverbesserungen und Entwicklungen sowie Optimieren der Combustor Lean Line
- Eliminieren von Verschwendung und Erstellen eines visuellen Managements der Lean Line
- Mitarbeiten in Lean Projekten

**Qualifikationen**
- Höhere technische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Produktionsumfeld
- Erfahrung in Lean Methods und Management
- Führungserfahrung in einem industriellen Umfeld
- Kooperativer Führungsstil
- Kostenbewusstes und unternehmerisches Denken
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
