- Collaborate with Finance project leads and executive stakeholders to shape the strategic direction and associated product roadmap.
- Lead a high-performing team of product owners, technical experts, etc.
- Be part of the Group Applications leadership team.
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for Finance IT systems / products, with focus on digitalization and automation
- Drive innovation, staying abreast of industry trends to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Ensure stabile operations for services in scope.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize digitalization opportunities.
- Ensure seamless end-to-end integration with other projects and programs.
- Develop and implement governance frameworks for effective risk management, quality control, and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to financial data privacy and security.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- University degree in Business Administration (Finance), Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally in a matrix setup, with a focus on Finance IT.
- Strong communication skills, strategic mindset, and relationship-building abilities.
- Solid knowledge of Kyriba, Finance IT tools, solution architecture, and processes.
- Familiarity with ITIL or ITSM processes and agile methodologies.
- Fluent in English and German; willingness to travel to Spain several times a year.
- At least 5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects.
- At least 8 years of experience with SAP in the Finance IT domain, including implementing SAP S/4, Business Central, Tagetik, or similar products.
