Are you a proactive, results-driven professional with a passion for innovative IT technologies? Our client, a leading provider of cutting-edge solutions in enterprise content management, printer park management, and document workflow solutions, is looking for a dynamic and acquisition-strong personality to join their team.
With headquarters in the Canton of Zurich and eight branches across Switzerland, our client employs around 200 experts dedicated to delivering comprehensive consulting, hardware and software solutions, services, and support in the B2B market.
TasksTake charge of major customer acquisitions and deliver complete, customized solutions in the Information Management sector. From initial consultation to project approval, you'll be the trusted advisor guiding clients through their digital transformation.
Your main tasks include:
- Providing comprehensive customer advice from acquisition to project approval
- Promoting change management among existing customers
- Supporting the major customer sales channel in acquiring complete IM solutions, including software, services, and processes.
- Designing complete solutions tailored to customer needs
- Calculating and budgeting the overall solution
- Developing and conducting customer workshops and presentations
- Creating and delivering topic-specific internal training courses
Your profile:
- Successful completion of technical or IT-oriented training.
- Additional training in business administration with a federal professional certificate (advantageous)
- Certifications in process management (e.g., ITIL Foundation)
- Project management certification (e.g., IPMA Level D or Scrum PSPOA) (advantageous)
- Experience with IM software products like M-Files (advantageous)
- Several years of experience as a consultant in the IT and IM environment
- Proven track record in consulting and selling complete solutions to major customers
- Strong interest in innovative IT technologies
- An open-minded, extroverted, and communicative personality
- Fluency in German and English, with oral knowledge of French (advantageous)
