_Information Factory - _Turning data into business value**We are a European management consulting and software company with offices in Zurich, Nuremberg and Porto. For our internationally renowned clients, we are a strategic partner for the digital transformation. As digital architects, we enable our customers to use data and technology in order to increase efficiency, agility and value. We are focused on the banking, government, insurance, and automotive industries.

_For our Management Consulting Unit in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Consultant in Financial Services (M/F/d)._

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING*- Advising leading private banks and insurance companies on their business transformation journey

  • Turning strategies into measurable success: Development of target operating models, redesigning endtoend processes to operationalize business targets and growth strategies
  • Project Portfolio Management: Supporting our customers in orchestrating initiatives and ambitions with focus on value/cost ratio
  • Customercentric concepts: Analysis, validation, and assessment of customer needs, creating targeted offers and strategydriven technology use cases
  • Alternatively, to a specialization in financial industries, you will have the opportunity to work on projects in different industries, including automotive or public administration
  • Leading role within customer projects, including stakeholder management, presentations, facilitating workshops or meetings on site (UK / Germany / Switzerland)

Dein Profil

REQUIREMENTS

  • Successfully completed university studies _as _well as 2 years of professional work experience in a management consulting company
  • Experience with process design, knowledge of Process Engineering Frameworks
  • PowerPoint, Excel, excellent moderation and communication skills
  • High degree of personal responsibility, team spirit
  • Futureoriented thinking
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Very good English and German skills, willingness to travel (primarily UK and EU)
  • Strong role model for colleagues and peers
