Aufgaben

Als Logistics Team Lead Pharma Europe & APAC bist du verantwortlich für die Koordination und Organisation der logistischen Abläufe und trägst zur reibungslosen Abwicklung von Transport
- und Lageraktivitäten bei. Mit deinem Team und deiner Erfahrung im Aussenhandel stellst du die Distribution unserer Produkte sicher, so dass die richtigen Produkte zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort verfügbar sind (7 R Regeln der Logistik). Du bist eine belastbare, engagierte und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung und viel Geschick im Umgang mit deinen Teamkollegen. Eine effiziente, qualitätsbewusste sowie zuverlässige Arbeitsweise ist für dich selbstverständlich.

Deine Aufgabe beinhaltet
- Teamführung (hands-on) in fachlicher Hinsicht und Arbeitsverteilung im Bereich Export, Import und Cross Trade
- Erstellen von Import
- und Exportaufträgen, Organisation und Überwachung der Transportlogistik
- Bearbeitung eingehender und Vorbereitung ausgehender Sendungen unter Einhaltung der QA Anforderungen
- Erstellen von exportrelevanten und kundenspezifischen Dokumenten
- Überwachung und Optimierung der logistischen Prozesse, um eine effiziente Warenverteilung sicherzustellen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen, Lieferanten und Kunden, um eine reibungslose Kommunikation und Koordination sicherzustellen

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition, Aussenhandel oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Logistikbranche, vorzugsweise in einer ähnlichen Position
- Exzellentes Aussenhandelsfachwissen (Zollformalitäten, Handelsabkommen, Ursprungsbestimmungen, Incoterms, Zolltarifnummern etc.)
- Erfahrung, ein Team zu führen und zu motivieren
- Ausgeprägtes organisatorisches Talent mit der Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen
- Hervorragende Kommunikations

- Flexibilität und hohe Belastbarkeit, um die Anforderungen eines dynamischen Logistikumfelds zu meistern
- Fliessende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, schriftliche und mündlich (weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil)
- Erfahrung in einer GDP/GMP-Umgebung von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft E365 wünschenswert
