Our story

All about the role


As part of the Operations and Logistics team (we call it 'Scoober') you will be leading the City Operations Managers, who work decentrally in various locations in Switzerland.

You will have a close eye on what can help them to become even more effective and efficient in the operational area, so that in the end the overall performance of your responsible cities through the roof and thus raises our entire Scoober business to the next level.

In addition, the following activities are part of your area of responsibility:

  • You will take over the management and responsibility of the operational team, which currently consists of 6 employees (socalled City Operations Managers) in Switzerland;
  • You are the interface between City Operations Managers and the Country Manager;
  • You visit the City Operations Managers on site on a regular basis to guarantee further development and optimization of the processes in the respective city;
  • You are responsible for the cost centers
  • You constantly optimize, drive and question the logístical processes so that you have ensured the best possible efficiency in terms of service levels, costs and the further growth of the cities;
  • Developing strong relationships with various business stakeholders for effective collaboration and information sharing
  • Regular evaluation and reporting on KPIs related to growth and development in individual cities
  • You are the contact person and expert for the Scoober Senior Management and are available with advice

Can you deliver...
Ready to become our new Team Lead Operations (M/F/d)? Show off your talent:

  • Completed studies in the field of operations, strategy management, process management, project management or similar
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and German is absolutely necessary, French is a plus
- +3 years of experience leading a team
- +2 years of experience in logistics / operations

  • You are data driven and know how to interpret them and thus come to a solution;
  • Dynamic processes are no problem for you
  • You have a great sense of personal responsibility and are very selforganized
  • You are proactive and not at all afraid of conflict
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 50% of the time) because you will travel to the different cities for which you are responsible
  • Excellent communication skills and a structured way of working
  • Conceptual, analytical thinking
