Team Lead Operations Logistik 80% (Mo – Do)

Möchtest du Verantwortung übernehmen und das Logistik-Team eines Zürcher Jungunternehmen mit 15 Mitarbeitenden leiten und weiterentwickeln?

Wir suchen eine Person die Anpacken kann, ein bestehendes Team betreut, koordiniert, gerne früh aufsteht (Arbeitszeiten ca. 5.30 bis und stets den Überblick behält.

Wir sind earlybird und liefern frische Früchte und Verpflegung für Firmen in der Stadt Zürich aus. Unser Lieferdienst steht für höchste Qualität und Begeisterung, faire Arbeitsbedingungen und ökologisches Handeln.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Tägliche Tourenplanung und Arbeitsvorbereitung Logistik (Mo - Do)
  • Personalplanung, Rekrutierung & Weiterentwicklung des Teams sowie der Unternehmenskultur
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung der Logistik
  • Leitung und aktive Mitarbeit beim Abpacken von Früchteboxen
  • Gelegentliche Auslieferungen (Bei Engpässen und kurzfristigen Ausfällen)
  • Einkauf Frischeprodukte
  • Verantwortung über unsere Firmenfahrzeuge
Dein Profil
  • Studium oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Berufsmatura
  • Führungserfahrung 2 Jahre+
  • Erfahrung in der Delivery Disposition oder Logistik von Vorteil
  • Motiviert, proaktiv, Teamplayer
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung und kannst stets den Überblick behalten
  • Du arbeitest selbständig und zuverlässig
  • Führerschein Kat. B
  • Identifikation mit earlybird und seinen Werten.
