Wir sind mitten in der digitalen Transformation unserer Strategie «Avanti 2027» und suchen DICH als Transformation Enabler: Dein Herz schlägt für Prozesse und du bist neugierig darauf, wie eine Versicherung End-2-End funktioniert? Macht es dir Spass, mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern aus allen Gesellschaften der Generali Schweiz zusammenzuarbeiten? Dann steig ein und werde ein Teil unseres Teams «Operations Design».
- Du unterstützt die Process Owner bei der Dokumentation und Aufrechthaltung der Prozesse gemäss internen Vorgaben (inkl. Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen im Prozessmanagement)
- Du führst selbstständig Prozessaufnahme-Workshops durch und berätst Process Owner bei Anfragen
- Du bist für den jährlichen Review-Prozess zuständig und hältst damit die Prozesslandkarte aktuell
- Du leistest zusammen mit dem Team einen wertvollen Beitrag in unterschiedlichen Vorhaben wie die Koordination der Gremien, Aufrechthaltung der Process Governance und Gestaltung des Operating Models
- Weiterbildungen oder Kenntnisse im Bereich Prozessmanagement / Qualitätsmanagement (z.B. Lean, Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma etc.) sind wünschenswert
- Erfahrung in Aufbau
- und Ablauforganisation (Prozessmanagement /Organisationsentwicklung) und in der Prozessmodellierung z.B. BPMN 2.0
- Lernbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
- Ganzheitliches und vernetztes Denken sowie die Fähigkeit, vorausschauend zu planen und zu handeln
- Organisationstalent mit sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch von Vorteil
