Your tasks
CONCEPT & STRATEGIC WORK - 50 %

  • Be responsible for keeping a globally consistent brand image for Güntner brand and other brands of the Group; incl. reviewing and approving all designs.
  • Serve as the facilitator for projects and ideate & develop visual concepts that inspire.
  • Understand the stakeholders' needs, write creative briefings for designers, and assign design projects to team members and external partners.
DESIGN WORK - 20 %

  • Create integrated content across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print.
  • Maintaining quality standards across the production of all creative work.
  • Lead image & video sourcing, as well as all photo / video shootings.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT - 30 %

  • Implement and improve creative project workflows, ensuring that every part of these workflows runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, to the highest quality level, and within budget.
  • Establish and communicate schedules to deliver projects on time; report progress of all work and any anticipated deviation from planned timings and costs; troubleshoot issues that could slow down the design process.
Your skills

  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field with 5+ years of related graphic design experience.
  • You are an expert in Adobe Creative Suite
  • InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and have indepth knowledge of graphic design production principles.
  • You are known for your strong creative vision, with an eye on business objectives.
  • You always have your finger on the pulse of the times in your profession, know the current trends and know how to use them creatively.
  • You have compelling project management skills, with a focus on creative direction.
  • You are highly organized, able to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • You are a team player, working effectively with a variety of different people.
  • You are fluent in English.
