**Ihre Aufgaben**:
Sie unterstützen das Supply Chain Management im Tagesgeschäft bei der Bestellabwicklung und der Bedarfsplanung. Dazu gehören unter anderem:

- Bestellabwicklung von PV-Komponenten
- Planung und Disposition von PV-Komponenten
- Pflege von Stammdaten der Materialwirtschaft sowie dem Einkauf
- Tägliche Kommunikation mit den Hauptlieferanten, Projektleitern und dem Verkauf
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen mit den Lieferanten
- Erstellung von Reports sowie Pflege von Status
- und Verfügbarkeitslisten
- Erstellung von Forecast-Zahlen aus dem ERP/CRM Tool für Einkaufskomponenten und Handelsware

Das Team unterstützen Sie im Prozessdesign, führen Optimierungen entlang der gesamten Prozesskette ein dazu gehören unter anderem:

- Business Support im Prozessdesign
- Prozessdokumentationen und Pflege der Prozesslandkarte
- Prozessoptimierungen entlang der gesamten Prozesskette
- Interne und ISO Audits begleiten

**Ihr Profil**:
In dieser spannenden Doppelfunktion bringen Sie zum einen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf oder einer ähnlichen SCM-Aufgabenstellung wie z. Bsp. Disposition/Materialplanung mit. Des Weiteren haben Sie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Gestaltung von Geschäftsprozessen gesammelt die Sie einbringen können.
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Einkaufsfachfrau/Einkaufsfachmann / Ausbildung in einer logistisch administrativen Funktion
- Weiterbildung im Prozessmanagement, vorzugsweise Six Sigma Green Belt zertifiziert
- Hohe Teamfähigkeit
- Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Gut ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeit
- Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie selbständiges Arbeiten
- Zielorientiertes und strukturiertes Denken und Handeln
