SAP HANA Business Process Manager

WinGD is seeking a highly skilled SAP HANA Business Process Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a central role in connecting business needs and technology to fully leverage the capabilities of the S4/Hana solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stabilize the SAP/HANA system and introduce new business processes
  • Organize and manage KeyUsers for the individual SAP HANA modules
  • Develop a comprehensive support concept for the SAP/HANA system
  • Provide support and training for end-users in dealing with SAP Fiori
  • Coordinate external service providers and vendors to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Experience in leading SAP projects, particularly in the area of SAP HANA
  • Deep understanding of the SAP HANA architecture and associated business processes
  • Strong skills in process optimization and change management
  • Experience in training and supporting end-users, preferably with SAP Fiori
  • Pronounced communication and coordination skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and external providers
  • English: speaking and writing
  • German of advantage

Work Environment:

  • Residence in Switzerland is required
