**VOICI CE QUE NOUS TE PROPOSONS**
- Un programme de trainee comportant cinq semaines de formations interactives qui abordent tous les aspects nécessaires à la direction d'un magasin JYSK. Tu es formé(e) et encadré(e) tout au long du programme par des professionnels expérimentés dans les domaines du commerce de détail et des ressources humaines
- Un(e) mentor(e) expérimenté(e) de l'organisation se met à ta disposition et à celle de tes besoins de développement
- Pendant le programme, tu seras responsable de magasin adjoint(e) et tu auras ainsi des responsabilités dès le début
- Possibilités d'épanouissement personnel et de responsabilité individuelle
- Salaire fixe de CHF 4'700;
- sur 13 mois plus un bonus maximum de CHF 8'000,
- 20% de réduction dans les entreprises JYSK et du groupe Lars Larsen
- Excellentes prestations de la caisse de pension
- Divers autres avantages, par exemple une assurance-accidents complémentaire supérieure à la moyenne, différentes activités (fête annuelle, fête d'été, évènements d'équipe) et de superbes cadeaux d'anniversaire

**PRÉSENTATION DE NOTRE PROGRAMME TRAINEE**
Notre programme varié se compose de formations de grande qualité dans les domaines de la direction, des outils de gestion et du fonctionnement de magasin et offre une bonne combinaison d'expérience pratique du travail dans nos magasins et de connaissances théoriques. Généralement, tu travailles et apprends en étroite collaboration avec les autres trainees et ton mentor ou ta mentore.
- Cinq modules d'une semaine chacun: Connaissances théoriques, jeux de rôle et de cas, travaux de groupe, team building et discussions plénières
- Entre les modules, tu seras formé(e) et encadré(e) sur le lieu de travail par ton mentor ou ta mentore Store Manager
- Une fois les modules terminés, une fête sera organisée pour célébrer la fin du programme

L'objectif ultime du programme de Store Manager Trainee est de te préparer à diriger ton propre magasin dans un avenir proche.

- Engagement et sens des responsabilités concernant ton propre développement et celui de tes collègues
- Tu communiques de manière motivante et inclusive et tu es capable de créer une ambiance de travail positive
- De préférence, tu as déjà de l'expérience dans la direction ainsi que la motivation et le développement d'une équipe
- Tu es orienté(e) vers le résultat et passionné(e) par le commerce de détail
- Tu sais comment régler les choses: Tu gardes la tête froide et indiques la direction à suivre, même dans des situations stressantes
- Le travail physique dans le point de vente et dans l'entrepôt ne te fait pas peur et tu montres le bon exemple
- Tu es flexible et disposé(e) à travailler aussi le samedi
