C&Q Manager

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and skilled Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) Manager. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about making a significant impact within the Life Science industry. Key responsibilities:
Develop and manage Level 2 and 3 C&Q ScheduleEnsure readiness for executionManage and coordinate document preparationOversee C&Q executionManage resources including C&Q Document Preparation and C&Q ExecutionSupervise Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and Site Acceptance Tests (SATs)Execute onsite C&Q test casesMaintain C&Q input to level 4 schedule and cost reportCoordinate with Operations regarding Performance Qualification (PQ) and engineering runsAdhere to safety, compliance, and quality proceduresTrack progress and prepare monthly reportsPrepare Commissioning Final Report (CFR) / Qualification Final Report (QFR)Complete System HandoverProvide technical support for Clean Utilities PQ 1 and Environmental Monitoring (EM) PQ 1Close out C&Q (QFR)Participate as Subject Matter Expert (SME) during Authority Inspection and auditsControl Training status of C&Q team Requirements:Experience in C&Q ManagementPrevious roles in a growth project environmentProficiency in Small MoleculesFluency in English and GermanAbility to be on site for a significant portion of the week, including full time during the execution phase.
