Die zukünftige Abteilung für Youth Mental Health befasst sich mit der Entwicklung psychischer Probleme bei Kindern und Jugendlichen mittels eines multimodalen und alltagsvaliden Ansatzes, um Grundlagen für innovative Interventionen zu schaffen.

Anhand von vielfältigen klinischen und psychophysiologischen Forschungsmethoden, inklusive ambulatorischer Assessments per Smartphone, verfolgt das Projekt die Untersuchung tonischer und phasischer Irritabilität, d.h. anhaltend gereizter Stimmung und häufiger Wutausbrüche, welche nicht dem Entwicklungsalter entsprechen. Irritabilität im Kindesalter ist einer der häufigsten Gründe dafür, dass Sorgeberechtigte bei Fachpersonen Hilfe suchen.
**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Mithilfe bei der Implementierung des Forschungsprojekts
- Unterstützung der Projektkoordination und Rekrutierung von Studienteilnehmer*innen
- Durchführung von Datenerhebungen mit Kindern und Jugendlichen (8-12 Jahre)
- Datenaufbereitung und statistische Analysen
- Präsentation wissenschaftlicher Ergebnisse in internen Meetings, an nationalen und internationalen Kongressen
- Verfassen wissenschaftlicher Publikationen, mit dem Ziel einer Promotion (PhD)
**Ihr Profil**
- Masterabschluss in Psychologie
- Interesse an Forschung der klinischen Psychologie des Kindes
- und Jugendalters
- Fundierte Kenntnisse statistischer Verfahren, erste Erfahrungen in deren Anwendung
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, selbständige Arbeitsorganisation, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, hohes Mass an Engagement und Belastbarkeit
- Gleichermassen Freude am eigenständigen Arbeiten und der Zusammenarbeit im Team
- Freude an der Kommunikation mit Kindern, Jugendlichen und deren Sorgeberechtigten
- Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit psychophysiologischen und ambulatorischen Erhebungen ist ein Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
