YOUR CHALLENGE

Be part on an international team of subject matter experts evolve the Enterprise Data Catalogue Co-design and monitor bank-wide data management standards and processes Capture data requirements, analyse and document data definitions, business rules and data quality requirements Work closely with representatives from the front office business units and supporting business functions like legal, compliance, finance, operations Enterprise Architecture and IT Take opportunities and drive the change as a team

YOUR PROFILE

Earned a university degree or equivalent, preferably in science, business informatics, banking or finance Several years of experience in data management including data governance, metadata management, data dictionary, data lineage, data quality management, data modelling and business glossary Acquainted working with Data governance and data management tools (data dictionary, data lineage, etc.) Can do attitude Strong at collaborating and influencing, building an effective stakeholder network across divisions and regions Comfortable in challenging the status quo and manage escalations on every level Great teammate, who is fun to work with and drives the change naturally Fluent in English, German would be an advantage
