IHRE AUFGABEN
  • Ensure effective setup and preparation of the Business Transformation Committee (i.e., prepare monthly reports on the overall yearly change portfolio, challenge forecasts, manage budget deviations ensuring they are in line with delivery, etc.)
  • Driving the annual business review process to finalize the yearly CtB envelope
  • Implement robust risk management practices to identify and mitigate potential risks, including ensuring budgetary integrity
  • Ensure effective setup and preparation of the Enterprise Design Authority by ensuring availability of pertinent documentation, conducting clear RAID management, and capturing comprehensive audit trails
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders (i.e., ExB and senior leadership, portfolio leads) through regular meetings and feedback sessions
  • Support ad-hoc reporting requests from the Executive Board and Board of Directors
YOUR PROFILE
  • Bachelors degree in business administration
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in business transformation
  • 5+ years of project management experience, certification preferred
  • Agile certification preferred
  • Proven experience in project portfolio management with a strong focus on business cases, budgeting & controlling, and deliverables tracking
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of target operating models specifically within the wealth management domain
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to align project portfolios to organizational goals
  • Proficient in project management tools and software
  • Should understand Agile delivery especially around value delivery (i.e., understanding of OKRs/KPIs) within an agile context (certification preferred or at least one year of experience working on an agile project)
  • Should be a team player, resilient and work in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, executive leadership and project teams
  • Display a keen ability to conceptualize ideas, convey compelling narratives, and effectively visualise concepts
  • Produce high-quality outputs with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience at a global bank or at a renowned wealth manager preferred
  • Experience at a strategy consulting firm a plus
  • Fluent in English, and German would be advantageous
