Du entwickelst integrierte und digitale Kommunikations- und Marken-Strategien für spannende Brands und Kunden aus ganz unterschiedlichen Industrien Strukturierung und Verdichtung von Business-, Marketing- und Kommunikations-Challenges Entwicklung und Präsentation von integrierten und digitalen Kommunikationsstrategien Analyse von Trends, Märkten, Zielgruppen und Kommunikations-Kanälen Extrahierung von Insights und Entwicklung von kreativen Plattformen in interdisziplinären Teams Strategische Beratung und Begleitung von Kunden und Projekten Strategische Unterstützung der Kundenakquisition Entwicklung, Führung und Moderation von WorkshopsQualifikationen
Höhere Fachausbildung in Marketing, Werbung oder Kommunikation 3 – 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle in einer Agentur oder einem Beratungsunternehmen Hohe Affinität für Trends und Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Kommunikations-Strategien Aktuelles Kommunikations-Know-how: Ziele & KPIs, Zielgruppen- & Marktanalyse, Marktbearbeitung, strategische Leitideen, Kommunikationsmix (Channels), Customer Journey Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentations-Skills für den Aufbau und die Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen Bereitschaft für kreative Lösungen einzustehen Sehr gute Deutsch- und sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch von VorteilZusätzliche Informationen
