Pour l'un de nos clients importants du secteur agroalimentaire nous recherchons une personnalité experte et créative. Business Developer/KAM/Field Salesperson (f/h) 100% pour la Suisse Romande Espace restauration/boucherie/chaînes de vente au détail.

Que déplacez-vous :

• Développement commercial sur le marché de la restauration et du commerce de détail basé en Suisse romande (CC, grossistes, distributeurs, coopératives Migros, siège et succursales Manor)
• Acquisition de nouveaux clients dans le secteur de la restauration (grossistes, distributeurs, clients finaux directement ou indirectement)
• Extension de la distribution de la gamme de produits existante aux clients existants
• Introduction réussie de nouveaux produits
• Explorer et mettre en œuvre en permanence de nouvelles opportunités commerciales conformément à la stratégie d'entreprise et commerciale.
• Établir et entretenir des relations personnelles avec les clients
• Assurer le développement du marché dans la zone de vente assignée et mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale
• Respect du budget annuel du territoire en termes de volume de ventes, de conditions et de services en collaboration avec le superviseur
• Conseil et formation sur nos produits pour vos clients existants
• Observer le marché global et enregistrer les tendances et les évolutions
• Préparation des échanges avec les clients, définition des objectifs, suivi/minutes d'échanges, mise en place des mesures

Qu'apportez-vous :

• Bonne connaissance des marchés suisses de la restauration et du commerce de détail
• Expérience en vente et service sur le terrain dans le secteur de la restauration, un avantage dans le secteur de la charcuterie
• Bon réseau industriel dans la zone assignée souhaitée
• Partager des valeurs telles que : la passion, la tradition, l'artisanat, le sens de l'unité, l'équipe et l'orientation vers l'avenir
• Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et détachée du bureau principal
• Une pensée et une action entrepreneuriales fortes
• Personne orientée solutions avec une forte assertivité
• Compétences de réflexion analytique et de réseautage
• Mobilité et flexibilité
• Excellente connaissance de Microsoft et SAP, la connaissance de Salesforce est un plus
• Intérêt pour les nouvelles applications Web, utilisation occasionnelle des smartphones et tablettes
• Un permis de conduire Cat. est requis.
• Français (langue maternelle), allemand et éventuellement italien
