Für unsere Abteilung Marketing und Communications suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen engagierten und motivierten Dialog Marketing Profi für Direct Dialogue Kampagnen und Telefonmarketing.

Dieser Job ist eine spannende Herausforderung für eine erfahrene Fundraisingperson. Er ist aber auch eine besondere Chance für Quereinsteigende, die ihrer Marketing-Karriere bei einer grossen Organisation Substanz und Sinnhaftigkeit verleihen möchten.

**IHRE AUFGABEN**:

- Sie planen, entwickeln und koordinieren die Direct Dialogue Kampagnen für Helvetas, mit denen Sie neue Spender:innen und Paten gewinnen. Dabei werden Sie tatkräftig von der Direct Dialogue Agentur unterstützt, mit der Sie im engen Austausch stehen.
- Sie führen überzeugende Telefonkampagnen in Zusammenarbeit mit Call Centers durch und generieren Spenden von bestehenden Unterstützer:innen.
- Sie analysieren die Resultate und entwickeln die bestehenden (und neue) Programme strategisch und langfristig weiter.
- Sie sind verantwortlich dafür, dass Dialoger:innen und Call Agents gut geschult sind und überzeugende Geschichten erzählen können.
- Im Austausch mit den Helvetas Mitarbeitenden in den Projektländern erhalten Sie einen Einblick in die Entwicklungszusammenarbeit und die Realität vor Ort.
- Als Stellvertreter:in unterstützen Sie die Managerin Direct Mail in der Umsetzung von physischen Mailings in Zusammenarbeit mit der Werbeagentur.

**IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN**:

- Sie sind eine unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit, die eine fundierte Marketingausbildung mitbringt - ein Kommunikations
- und Verkaufsprofi aus Überzeugung mit Ambitionen, hohe Ziele zu erreichen. Eine Weiterbildung und Erfahrung in Fundraising oder Verkauf ist von Vorteil.
- Sie kennen die Relevanz und die Attraktivität des Dialogmarketings für das Fundraising und erkennen die Bedürfnisse der Menschen auf der Strasse und am Telefon.
- Sie gewinnen mit Ihrer Persönlichkeit und der Überzeugung, dass ein spenderzentrierter Auftritt der Weg zum Ziel ist.
- Die Planung von mehrdimensionalen Projekten und komplexen Prozessen geht Ihnen leicht von der Hand.
- Sie lieben es Daten zu analysieren, zu hinterfragen und Optimierungsstrategien zu entwickeln.
- Für Sie ist es selbstverständlich, weltoffen, vernetzt und in Zusammenhängen zu denken.
- Sie sind ausgesprochen initiativ und bringen sich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung des Teams ein.
- Ihr Deutsch ist hervorragend in Wort und Schrift. Zudem bringen Sie solide Französisch
- und Englischkenntnisse mit.
- Sie können punkten, da Sie dialogorientiert und doch durchsetzungsstark sind.
