Your role
The Digital Communications & Growth team of UBS Switzerland is constantly looking for talents. This role is part of the Marketing & Digital Sales Center of Excellence, which is responsible for all marketing & digital sales activities for UBS Switzerland. The Digital Communications & Growth team takes care of all Content & Dialogue Marketing, organic Social Media, Search Experience and Growth Marketing activities for UBS Switzerland.

Your responsibilities:
• As a Content Creator, you will be part of our Content & Dialogue Marketing team.
• You will be a crucial part in the further development of UBS Switzerland's comprehensive content and digital strategy across all client segments as well as product and thematic focuses.
• Your main responsibility will be creating online editorial content and copy for a broad number of financial topics to provide our clients and prospects financial literacy and enable them to take sound financial decisions.
• Furthermore, you will support our copywriting team in producing either creative, explanatory or transactional copy for all kinds of marketing channels; online and offline.
• In the content production process you will interact with business stakeholders and subject matter experts and transfer their expertise into appealing and user intent oriented written content.
• You will work closely with our search experience colleagues, digital marketing experts, interaction and service designers, content producers of all disciplines, product teams, localization experts and researchers.
• Collaborate in an agile environment - short design sprints, rapid prototyping, and frequent user testing.
• Enable localization by writing with multilingual products in mind, provide translators with information they need to bring the user experience to all regions in Switzerland.
• Last but not least, you support the project managers and publishers in the publishing and optimization workflows.

Your team
You'll be working in the Content & Dialogue Marketing" team in our Zurich Europaallee office. We take care of all intent-oriented and long-form content on and are also taking care of content production for further owned and paid marketing channels.

This position is temporary until 31.12.2025.

Your expertise
• 5+ years of writing experience for financial topics with an extensive portfolio showcasing your skills
• broad experience with UX- and SEO- oriented copywriting either for product-related and help content
• experience in editorial and creative copywriting for a variety of channels, also offline ATL measures
• your wealth of experience ideally includes knowledge of the financial industry
• experience in working with analytics, user research and client feedback as a source for writing content
• equally comfortable with writing long-form content and microcopy
• an open, direct communication style and enjoy working in teams and with various contact persons
• comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment and ideally work experience in agile structures
• a native German speaker who is comfortable working in an international team
• fluent in English; it would also be desirable if you have advanced language skills in either French or Italian
