We are seeking a Payments & Investigations Specialist for Corporate Clients:
- serve as a direct Payments Services Investigations Specialist for inquiries related to payments from corporate and multinational clients
- analyze queries concerning payments and cash management products and processes
- manage global cash transactions in various currencies and banking products
- oversee substantial payments, monitoring transactions across our systems
- investigate payment statuses that deviate from the expected outcome
Your teamYou will be part of the Customer Relations team in Zürich, Opfikon. We ensure the accurate and timely processing of payment requests and other cash management services. As a Payments Services Investigations Specialist, you will integrate into our skilled Payments Customer Relations Team in Opfikon, directly engaging with our clients.

Your expertise
- proficient in German and English, while knowledge of other languages is advantageous
- demonstrate a strong focus on precision, quality, and meeting deadlines
- capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- prior experience in payments is highly beneficial
- comfortable working efficiently under time constraints
- keen on digitalization, automation, and enhancing processes
