HR Operations Specialist (m/w/d) 100%

Du träumst von einer Karriere, bei der du eine Schlüsselrolle in unserer HR Abteilung einnehmen kannst? Wir bauen unser Team aus und suchen dich ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung als HR Operations Specialist (m/w/d). In dieser Rolle bist du für die Verwaltung und Koordination diverser personalbezogener Aufgaben insbesondere auch für die umfassende administrative Unterstützung der Personalabteilung verantwortlich. Du gewährleistest, dass personalbezogene Prozesse reibungslos und unter Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften ablaufen. Dein Arbeitsort ist unser Hauptsitz im Ambassador House in Opfikon, mit der Möglichkeit, auch teilweise im Home-Office zu arbeiten.

Deine Superkräfte
  • Du wickelst die gesamte Personaladministration vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt ab (Arbeitsverträge, Vertragsanpassungen, Bestätigungen, Vereinbarungen, Arbeitszeugnisse, Austrittsmodalitäten sowie weitere Personalkorrespondenz).
  • Du pflegst und aktualisierst das Personalstammdatensystems (SuccessFactors) und anderer HR-Software (Ein-/Übertritte, Mutationen und Austritte).
  • Bei Einstellungs-, Onboardings- und Offboarding-Prozessen unterstützt du die entsprechenden Einheiten.
  • Du holst Arbeits- und Aufenthaltsbewilligungen sowie A1-Bescheinigungen ein.
  • Du verwaltest und pflegst die physischen und elektronischen Mitarbeiter- und Personalakten.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass alle personalbezogenen Prozesse und Dokumentationen den gesetzlichen Anforderungen und Unternehmensrichtlinien entsprechen.
  • Bei der Bearbeitung von arbeitsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten und Disziplinarverfahren gewährleistetest du Support.
  • Du beantwortest Mitarbeiteranfragen in Bezug auf personalbezogene Angelegenheiten via Ticket-Tracking.
  • Du nimmst an HR-Projekten teil, die die Effizienz und Effektivität von HR-Prozessen verbessern.
Dein Rüstzeug
  • Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung und nachweisbare HR-Erfahrung.
  • Du hast im Bauumfeld Erfahrung und kennst den L-GAV.
  • Deine Kenntnisse der schweizerischen Arbeitsgesetzgebung sind fundiert.
  • Mit MS Office bist du bestens vertraut.
  • Du beherrscht Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und hast gute Kenntnisse in Italienisch (Niveau B1-B2).
  • Eine Weiterbildung zur/zum Personalfachfrau/-mann rundet dein Profil ab.

  • Service Management für dich kein Neuland ist.
  • Du neben Deutsch und Italienisch auch Französisch sprichst.
