In order to reinforce our Perfumes Europe & Africa sales marketing team and to boost the brand elevation development strategy, we are looking to hire a talented:

Perfume Marketing Europe and Africa TraineeFrom September 2024 to February 2025 (mandatory internship agreement)

Responsibilities

Trade marketing

  • Elevate the in-store experience and create guidelines for key launches. Support Travel Retail coordination with Central Trade in Rome.
  • Gather reports on Marketing Activations by markets.
  • Update visual merchandising tools.
  • Manage trade marketing activation from brief to installation.
  • Support field team for perfect in-store execution.
  • Assist Marketing Associate Managers with brick & mortar activities.
  • Manage guidelines and assets sharing within the area.
  • Ensure availability and implementation of VM tools.

Merchandising

  • Develop planograms across markets to maintain brand image consistency.

Stock

  • Follow up on stock product orders for the office (Europe and Africa DOM & TR Team), Uniforms, VM props.
  • Handle incentive orders for specific projects.

Community

  • Animate La Gazetta di B @Instagram @VivaEngage to engage around the Bulgari Experience.

e-business

  • Ensure a strong online presence by optimizing the brand's page and providing necessary assets.
  • Support the development of brand's pages for key online retailers.

Administration

  • Manage PO creation.
  • Supplier management.
  • Supplier follow-up.

Profile

Final year Master's degree student in marketing or Business Administration seeking a 6-month internship.

Ideal candidates have previous marketing experience in a multicultural environment with a passion for fragrance or luxury industries. Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills as well as fluency in French and English are required.

Strong communication and project management skills are essential to support different teams. Being business and customer-oriented with a results-driven mindset is crucial. Proactive, creative, and strategic thinking individuals thrive. Ability to adapt to changing environments and find effective solutions is a must.

Teamwork is key, building strong relationships internally and externally.
