Responsibilities

Trade Marketing

  • Elevate Bulgari's in-store experience and create activation guidelines for key launches. Assist the Travel Retail team in coordination with Central Trade in Rome.
  • Collect reports (qualitative and quantitative results) on Marketing Activations carried out by markets.
  • Ensure implementation and updates of visual merchandising tools.
  • Manage trade marketing activations from briefing to installation.
  • Support the field team in ensuring perfect in-store execution.
  • Aid Marketing Associate Managers in developing brick & mortar activities.
  • Manage guidelines and assets to be shared within the area.
  • Ensure availability and implementation of VM tools.

Merchandising

  • Develop planograms across markets (DOM/TR) to maintain a consistent brand image in the region.

Stock

  • Monitor stock product orders for the office (Europe and Africa DOM & TR Team), Uniforms, VM props (e.g., cloches, trays...).
  • Manage incentive orders for specific projects.

Community

  • Engage and animate La Gazetta di B @Instagram @VivaEngage to create interaction around the Bulgari Experience.

e-business

  • Ensure a strong online presence by enhancing the brand's page and supplying assets as needed.
  • Support the creation of brand pages for major online retailers.

Administration

  • Create Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Establish supplier accounts.
  • Follow up with suppliers.

Requirements

Final year Master's degree student in Marketing or Business Administration seeking a 6-month internship. Preferably with prior experience in a marketing department of a diverse and challenging environment. Exposure or interest in the fragrance or luxury sector is advantageous.

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, fluent in French and English.

Strong communication and project management skills to collaborate across teams and projects. Business and customer-focused, with a results-driven mindset. Strategic thinking abilities with global vision. Proactive, creative, with an entrepreneurial spirit and prioritization skills in dynamic settings.

Curious, adaptive, problem-solving skills, and a teamwork enthusiast fostering trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
