About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Identify communication optimization ideas and proof them by planning and rolling out AB tests, analyze results and define next steps always with a customer centric mindset
  • Be up
  • to
  • date with digital trends driving engagement and sales by managing exciting digital experiences
  • Ensure SEO best practices for content ranking well in search engines and generating organic traffic
  • Benchmark and analyze onsite customer behavior to better understand the needs and preferences of our online users
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using relevant metrics and tools to make data
  • driven improvements
  • Perform strong stakeholder management ensuring alignment between creative team, CRM, Operations, Performance Marketing and others
  • Evaluating digital marketing campaigns and driving optimized results
About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • University degree/ Education, preferably in a related field (Business, Marketing)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with agency partners
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
  • Proficient in English (presentation and communication skills)
