**MARKETING COMMUNICATION MANAGER % (ZUG)**

Als Marketing Communication Manager erstellst und implementierst du hochwertigen Content, der Zielgruppen erreicht und zur Interaktion motiviert. Dabei reportest du direkt an die Geschäftsleitung.

**DEINE AUFGABEN**:

- Erstellung und Umsetzung eins ganzheitlichen Redaktionsplans
- Erstellung aller Content Formate - Text, Visual, Audio, Interactive
- Management der Social Media Plattformen
- Content Management auf Blog und Unternehmenswebseite
- Erstellung von Sales Material für POS und Events
- Management von Marketing Partnerschaften
- Tracking und Evaluierung von KPIs
- Management aller Digital Assets im DAM Tool
- Budget Management
- Team Lead Aufgaben
- Koordination externer Service Dienstleister
- Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Boa Lingua Abteilungen

**DU BRINGST MIT**:

- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung sowie einen Leistungsausweis in erfolgreicher Content-Erstellung und -Distribution auf Unternehmenswebseiten, Blogs und Social Media Plattformen
- Du besitzt ein ausgezeichnetes Verständnis für Zielgruppen, Multimedia-Inhalte, Content-Formate und (Online)Kanäle
- Dein Redaktionsplan steht unter der Überschrift "Storytelling". Du erzählst mit deinem Content spannende Geschichten, die Image versprühen, deine User fesseln und zur Interaktion motivieren
- Qualität ist dir wichtig - Deine Inhalte unterhalten und informieren. Stil und Sprache stimmen mit Zielgruppe und Marketingziel überein. Strukturen sind klar, SEO stets präsent und Orthografie & Grammatik selbstverständlich
- Deine Multimedia Assets verwaltest du in einem DAM Tool
- Projekte mit internen und externen Stakeholdern koordinierst du in Microsoft Teams
- Du arbeitest routiniert mit CMS und CRM, Adobe Creative Suite sowie Analyse Tools
- Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf Niveau C2 und du sprichst fliessend Englisch. Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
- Du bist es gewohnt ist in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld selbständig und zielorientiert zu agieren
