Um unsere Ziele zu erreichen, suchen wir tatkräftige und kreative Unterstützung für den Bereich Mediengestaltung mit dem Hauptfokus auf Motion Design, Motion Graphics, Postproduktion und das Entwickeln von individuellen virtuellen Studios.

**Deine Aufgaben umfassen**:

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektteam, um ein kohärentes und visuell ansprechendes Endergebnis zu gewährleisten.
- Entwerfen und Entwickeln von individuellen virtuellen Studioumgebungen unter Einbeziehung von 3D-Elementen, Grafiken und virtuellen Sets auf Basis der kundenspezifischen CI-/ CD-Vorgaben
- Erstellen von visuell fesselnden Animationen, Übergängen und Effekten unter Verwendung verschiedener Softwaretools und -techniken
- Bearbeiten und verbessern von Videorohmaterial
- Hochwertige Nachbearbeitung von Videomaterial und nahtlose Integration visueller Elemente
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Interessenvertretern, um die Projektanforderungen zu verstehen, kreative Lösungen zu finden und Projekte innerhalb des vereinbarten Zeitrahmens zu liefern.
- Du hält dich über die neuesten Trends, Techniken und Tools in den Bereichen Motion Design, Motion Graphics und Entwicklung virtueller Studios auf dem Laufenden und wendest diese an, um die Qualität unserer Inhalte stetig zu verbessern.

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem relevanten Bereich wie Mediendesign, Grafikdesign, Postproduktion, Videoeditting oder einer verwandten Disziplin
- Ausgeprägtes Portfolio mit Fachkenntnissen in den Bereichen Motion Design, Grafikanimation, Video-Postproduktion und Entwicklung von virtuellen Studios
- Beherrschung von branchenüblichen Software-Tools wie Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya oder ähnlichen Anwendungen
- Ausgezeichnete Detailgenauigkeit und die Fähigkeit, sowohl unabhängig als auch im Team zu arbeiten.
- Ausgeprägte kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, um effektiv mit Kunden und Teammitgliedern zusammenzuarbeiten
- Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen und Fristen in einem schnelllebigen, von Terminen geprägten Umfeld einzuhalten.
- Belastbarkeit, um auch in hektischen Zeiten innovative und kreative Ideen entwickeln zu können
