We are on the lookout for a Relationship Manager, Derivatives to join our team in Zug as part of our expansion efforts.

We seek proactive individuals with a positive attitude to contribute to the enhancement of our service offerings. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios, driving growth through personalized service, and actively seeking new business prospects through various channels to meet our growth targets.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Business development: Expand the Bank's crypto derivatives business through client acquisition, maintaining existing relationships, and leveraging your expertise within the Sales and Business Development team. Collaborate with Banks, Asset Managers, HNW individuals, and Hedge Funds to drive product sales and secure B2B partnerships.
  • Relationship management & networking: Foster existing client relationships, establish new connections, and provide market insights to clients in collaboration with the AMINA derivatives trading team.
  • Market and product development: Stay updated on global crypto derivatives market trends, identify opportunities, and contribute to the development of new products in coordination with Traders and Product Managers.

To be a part of AMINA's journey, we require the following experience:

  • Strong understanding of derivatives, preferably in the crypto or FX realm, including pricing, risks (especially option greeks), hedging, and settlements.
  • Ability to analyze crypto options market data and engage in client conversations effectively.
  • Experience with crypto as an asset class, focusing on crypto derivatives, particularly otc options.
  • Established network within the derivatives crypto space, including Exchanges, Professional Investors, and Family Offices.
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in a regulated environment, preferably in banking.
  • Demonstrated sales skills and a proven track record in sales.
