**Ihr Verantwortungsbereich**- Direkte fachliche Führung der Produktionsmitarbeitenden sowie administrative Aufgaben in diesem Zusammenhang (Einsatzplanung, Pausenregelungen, Abruf der nächsten Produktionsaufträge und Materialien dazu, Zeiterfassung, etc.). Einführung, Ausbildung und (Re-)Zertifizierung neuer Mitarbeiter, Know-how und Qualitätssicherung durch Rotationsplanung und Coaching-
- Unterstützung des Montageleiters bei der Organisation und Steuerung der täglichen Produktion durch optimalen Einsatz der Mitarbeitenden und Anlagen zur Erreichung der Wochenziele für Output, Durchlaufzeit und Ausbeute. Umsetzen der Produktionsplanung gemäss Vorgaben des Montageleiters-
- Problemlösung in Zusamenarbeit mit Engineering/Konstruktion und Prüfung-
- Proaktives Angehen von entdeckten Mängeln am Standort - "don't look the other way"-
- Mitarbeit am kontinuierliche Verbesserungsprozess, aktives Einbringen, Einfordern und Umsetzen von Verbesserungsvorschlägen-
- Einhaltung der geltenden Regeln zu Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheits
- und Umweltschutz und Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeitenden zu diesen Themen-
- Einhaltung aller anwendbaren Qualitäts-Systeme gemäss Vorgaben-
- Sporadische Einsätze auf Anlagen für komplexe Reparaturen möglich, international, Reisebereitschaft < 10%**Ihr Hintergrund**- Abgeschlossene Lehre bzw. Ausbildung in einem relevanten Gebiet-
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktionsumfeld-
- Idealerweise Grundlagenkenntnisse in MES und ERP Systemen, sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-
- Gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse-
- Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift-
