Head of Creative (all genders, 80-100%)

In the role as Head of Creative you will lead the inhouse creative team and collaborate with external agency partners to deliver and manage Mammut’s creative expression.

Do what you love:

- Lead Creative Team incl. development and performance assessments
- Lead creative strategy & oversee cross-channel implementation, and reviews (incl. measurement framework)
- Lead high alpine production (incl. creative
- and campaign pre-production, with creative producer and video producer in the team)
- Develop & execute brand
- and campaign narratives & storytelling (with designer and copywriter in the team)
- Lead content strategy & refine overarching content framework
- Develop & execute seasonal content planning
- Ensure delivery of seasonal campaign playbooks (sell-in for commercial, sell-out for MKT teams)
- Work with broader marketing organization and other departments
to ensure smooth operations
- Lead client-agency relationship, incl. critical process interfaces & governance

Play to your strengths:

- Degree in marketing, communication, design, or related Arts Major
- Extensive portfolio of work on both client and agency side
- Minimum 6 years of video/photo production experience
- Experience with productions and safety requirements in high-alpine terrain
- Art direction and/or creative direction experience
- Deep understanding of mountain sports community
- Drive to push creative boundaries
- Leadership skills for coaching and mentoring junior designers and art directors
- Digital native with solid understanding of 360° communication campaigns
- Entrepreneurial mindset with stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Strong knowledge in Figma / Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite and MacOS
- Fluent (written & spoken) in English, any additional language is a plus
- Passion for the outdoors and Mountaineering experience
