Your role

  • Do you have a keen interest in sustainable finance? Are you interested in contributing to UBS Switzerland's sustainability priorities and positioning as leader in the field? Join the Center of Excellence Sustainability to learn more about sustainability in action and broaden your network.

We're looking for someone like that to:

  • Support in developing a sustainability training framework to equip client advisors and other internal stakeholders with the necessary tools, information and narrative to help them engage in meaningful client discussions
  • Drive the development of sustainability communication and training initiatives
  • Liase with different stakeholders and build a network within different areas of UBS Switzerland
  • Build knowledge of the wider field of sustainable finance with particular focus on Net Zero

Internship
Our 4 month internship is an ideal way to gain the work experience you'll need to launch your career. It's also an opportunity to work with and learn from some of our sharp people in finance.

  • From the start of the program, you'll be right at the heart of the business, taking part in the daytoday operations. You'll not only learn about the business of finance from top to bottom, you'll also experience our unique workplace culture.

Your team

  • The Center of Excellence Sustainability is an expert team that works closely with Agile Crews, Business Segments and Group functions to advance the sustainability strategy and roadmap for UBS Switzerland. As part of this team, you will contribute your personal ideas and work with various stakeholders and specialists within UBS. Due to the diverse and crossdivisional activities, you can build up a broad network.

Your expertise

  • You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor's degree or have obtained your master's degree within the last 6 months.
  • In particular you have:
  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you're a people person)
- know-how gained from experience (or internship) in Sustainable Finance or similar
- at least four semesters at a university, preferably with a focus on business administration, banking and finance, economics or similar
- a structured work style, confident working autonomously
