Present in Geneva since 1973, Data Conversion Service SA is a Swiss company providing services in
outsourcing of services (outsourcing).

The mission of DCS is to support its customers in their development by taking in hand a number of tasks far from their core business ranging from IT maintenance, to document processing (scanning, data entry) up to the recruitment of employees.

Its workforce is more than 150 people distributed in Switzerland and Chile, in South America.

DCS 'clientele is very varied:
International, Multinational Organizations, Chemical Industries, University Hospitals, Small and Medium Enterprises, etc.

For a nine month mission in an international organization in Geneva canton, we are looking for an:

PMS SI Project Manager - 100%

(Starts March 23th 2023)

_ Job description:
_

  • Planning & Monitoring effective Implementation of PSM Catalytic Initiatives in current cycle and ensure timely implementation,
  • Reporting on progress made to various stakeholders PSM Strategic Initiatives in current cycle,
  • Ensure alignment of catalytic investments & priorities across the organization and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders,
  • Managing the pool of Technical Assistance providers, in coordination with other members of the Supply Chain team.

Key responsabilities:

- _Catalytic Investments Planning_ : Develop and drive PSM Catalytic investments master workplan; coordinate with Supply Chain Specialist workstream leads for planning and defining clear scope, delivery timelines, accurate financial forecasts, resources required and governance structure for effective monitoring of initiatives against targets; Lead the development of all relevant materials for the design od the Catalytic Investments, including implementation plan and approval material; structure cross-country PSM catalytic investments initiatives.
- _PSM Strategic Initiatives delivery :_ work with Manager, Supply Chain, Specialists, other relevant divisions and departments to drive he implementation of key aspects of the workplan including absorption of funds with forecasts; provide coordination support to ensure all workstreams are aligned and working towards delivering the stated PSM scope of work on time and on budget; identify risks and opportunities in delivering all workstreams; manage cross-country PSM Strategic Initiatives.
- _PSM Strategic Initiatives monitoring and reporting :_ effectively monitor key project deliverables, indicators and risks throughout implementation through a structured tracking and early warning system; Identify areas of project underperformance and engage with workstream leads and stakeholders to develop effective mitigation measures; track and routinely report on the burn rate of the budget allocated to the PSM Strategic Initiatives and individual projects to ensure appropriate allocation in line with priorities and targets; provide on-going reporting to different audiences; develop framework to evaluate project performance and impact realization; provide input to relevant areas.
- _Other PSM Strategic Initiatives related activities :_ Enhance project management and change management approach based on lessons learned and feedback gathered to ensure continuous improvement; produce high quality and timely project report.

_ Qualifications:
_

Essential:

  • Advanced degree in Computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, Supply chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related technical area,
  • Extensive experience in managing complex multistakeholder projects, through consulting, handson project management or advisory engagements (including business transformation, performance, valueformoney or business process improvement reviews),
  • Proven experience in decisionmaking and in managing and working with a variety of partners to reach consensus in the context of a complex multiplestakeholder environment,
  • Demonstrated experience leading the design, implementation and oversight of a range of supply chain projects,
  • Experience in developing projects update documentation and presenting them to senior stakeholders and external parties,
  • Proven track record of delivering business solutions, including project management tools to complex organizations,
  • Working experience with stakeholders and networks in developing countries,
  • Demonstrated experience with data collection, analysis and reporting,
  • Project management experience and coordination largescale multicountry initiatives,
  • Excellent knowledge of English, preferably a good working knowledge of French. Knowledge of other languages would be an asset,
  • Service orientation, drive for results, collaboration, interaction and adaptability,
  • Analytical, country context, geopolitical awareness, Global Public Health, multicultural understanding, negotiations, procurement and supply chain management, project management, Strengthening Systems for Health.
