Description du poste

En tant que membre de l'équipe de Wavestone Switzerland, votre mission consistera à développer des relations avec les principaux clients locaux en Suisse. Vous serez chargé de promouvoir l'ensemble des services du cabinet auprès de cadres de haut niveau (Directeurs Marketing, DSI, Directeurs de l'innovation, DRH, etc.). En collaboration étroite avec l'équipe du service client, ainsi qu'avec les Associés et les Managers Seniors, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :

1/ Relation client et développement commercial

  • Établir et entretenir des relations privilégiées avec les clients dans une optique de partenariat
  • Prospecter de nouveaux clients selon la stratégie définie
  • Analyser les besoins des clients pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales
  • Participer aux réunions clients pour présenter le cabinet et ses expertises
  • Assurer la satisfaction du client lors des prestations de conseil et mettre en place des actions correctives si nécessaire pour garantir une relation durable

2/ Ventes complexes

  • Piloter le processus de vente de nos services de conseil, en se distinguant par une approche différenciée : analyse des besoins, élaboration de la proposition commerciale, présentation au client
  • Coordonner l'équipe pour répondre aux appels d'offres
  • Négocier les contrats avec les clients pour finaliser la vente

Vous pourriez également contribuer à l'élaboration d'une stratégie commerciale : étude du potentiel client et identification des priorités pour le développement commercial.

Qualifications

Passionné par le développement commercial et titulaire d'un diplôme d'une grande école d'ingénieurs, de commerce ou d'une université en Suisse, vous êtes attiré par le secteur du conseil. Vous possédez les qualités suivantes :

  • Sens critique et esprit d'analyse développés, orientation résultats et excellent relationnel
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral
  • Intérêt pour un environnement de travail collaboratif et diversifié au sein d'un cabinet en pleine expansion
  • Recherche d'un environnement stimulant au sein d'une entreprise reconnue pour son expertise
