**Description du poste**
- Au sein de TotalEnergies Gestion Internationale, la filiale de la Compagnie dédiée à la mobilité internationale, vous serez le point de contact privilégié des expatriés, des correspondants RH de la Compagnie et des prestataires externes, et en collaboration avec un assistant RH, vous assurerez le bon déroulement de la mobilité des salariés internationaux.- Dans ce cadre, vos responsabilités seront notamment de :_
- Assurer l'expatriation / détachement du personnel international de la Compagnie TotalEnergies
- Développer en continu les process et outils RH.
- _ Initier et suivre_ le processus de visa et déménagement.
- Participer à un ou plusieurs sujets transverses.
- Assurer le suivi des effectifs.

**Assurer la mise en œuvre de la mobilité des collaborateurs**:

- Elaborer les simulations de salaire, établir le contrat de travail et les contrats inter-sociétés,
- S'assurer que les visites médicales pour le collaborateur et sa famille soient effectuées dans les délais impartis,
- Communiquer les conditions contractuelles de mobilité aux expatriés lors d'un entretien et les tenir informer de toute évolution du dispositif.
- Garantir le respect des conditions de détachement,
- Garantir l'affiliation aux assurances sociales,
- Établir et contrôler la paie,
- Mettre en place les mesures salariales individuelles.
- Etablir les attestations et les certificats annuels pour les déclarations fiscales ainsi que des reportings mensuels,
- Vérifier et valider la facturation.

**Profil recherché**
- Master ou Bachelor avec expérience - spécialisation RH
- Très bonne maîtrise de l'environnement Windows (en particulier Excel).
- Français et Anglais courants
