Die Business Unit Operations produziert Teile für alle Hamilton Unternehmen von Spritzgussteilen über Tips fürs Liquid Handling bis zu Metall
- und Kunststoffteilen. Unser Ziel ist es, möglichst viele Teile inhouse zu produzieren. So bleiben wir agil, unabhängig und effizient.
Das kannst du bewirken:
Als Director of Operations Hamilton Robotics spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Sicherstellung des reibungslosen und effizienten Funktionierens unserer Organisation. Du leitest den Bereich Operations, bestehend aus ca. 280 Mitarbeitenden, in den Abteilungen Assembly, Manufacturing Consumables, Strategic Procurement, Production Mechanics und Supply Chain. 5 Direct Reports unterstützen dich dabei. Du bist verantwortlich für die Überwachung des Tagesgeschäfts, die Umsetzung von Strategien zur Verbesserung der Produktivität und Effizienz und die Leitung eines Teams zur Erreichung der Unternehmensziele. Deine Führungsqualitäten werden entscheidend dazu beitragen, das Wachstum voranzutreiben, Prozesse zu optimieren und hohe Qualitätsstandards und Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten.
Du bist für folgende Bereiche verantwortlich, kannst sie aktiv gestalten, laufend optimieren und weiterentwickeln:
- Strategische Planung- Prozessverbesserung- Team Leadership- Leistungsmanagement- Ressourcenzuweisung- Risikomanagement- Funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit- Lieferantenmanagement- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung
Das bringst du mit:
- Technischer oder naturwissenschaftlicher Hochschulabschluss sowie eine Weiterbildung in Management und Wirtschaft (z.B. MBA)- Mehrjährige industrielle Führungserfahrung und nachgewiesene Erfahrung in einer leitenden Funktion bei der Überwachung der Abläufe in einer komplexen Organisation- Freude an der Kommunikation, Zusammenarbeit und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden- Ausgeprägte strategische Planungs
- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, kritisch zu denken und datengestützte Entscheidungen zu treffen- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in den Bereichen Prozessverbesserung, Änderungsmanagement und Leistungsoptimierung sowie die Freude, Dinge voranzutreiben und innovative Lösungen zu finden- Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einem schnelllebigen, dynamischen Umfeld mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Innovation und Wachstum sowie die Fähigkeit, sich an wechselnde Prioritäten anzupassen und effektiv unter Druck zu arbeiten- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Datensätze zu analysieren und daraus verwertbare Erkenntnisse abzuleiten- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache (in Wort und Schrift)- Professionelle Zertifizierungen wie Six Sigma, Lean oder PMP sind ein Plus
