About the role:

How you will contribute:

  • Partner with Stakeholders to shape, drive and implement the QMS roadmap and accelerate GQ's data and digital journey.
  • Partner with business to design, build, deploy, and scale products, solutions and services to advance GQ's data, digital and technology strategy in the QMS domain.
  • Drive the planning, execution, and ongoing enhancement of QMS projects, working with internal departments, external partners, and emerging technologies to maintain service levels and incorporate valuable advancements into the Digital Quality roadmap.
  • Proactively identify emerging technologies and practices in the QMS space that have the potential to add value to the business in line with Takeda's value creation framework.
  • Lead and cultivate a proficient team responsible for Quality Management System (QMS) in various locations across the United States. Effectively manage their performance and deliver structured feedback at regular intervals.
  • Oversee the budget for DD&T projects and support operations, contributing to forecasting and resolve anomalies, and update project spending forecasts monthly.

  • Bachelor's Degree is required; Graduate degree in relevant field is desired. Many years of relevant work experience in Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals industrial or other related industries.
  • Experience (including handson) on large, complex Data, Digital & Technology projects from start to end.
  • Ability to build consensus and support for GQ initiatives through influence and persuasion along with the ability to lead large, global teams confidently and adeptly.
