YOUR CHALLENGE:

  • Define and own enterprise Data Quality reporting framework
  • Establish Data Quality baseline (policies, standards, best practices) and define associated Data Quality standards and metrics
  • Ensure Data Quality policies and standards are integrated within data flow processes, measured and improved
  • Develop Data Quality assessments and data cleansing specifications
  • Enable tracking, monitoring and publishing of DQ scorecards
  • Monitor compliance of data flows and data stores against Data Quality standards, and perform data audits
  • Interact regularly with Data Domain Owners and Data Domain Stewards
  • Identify use case specific Data Quality requirements and required level of Data Quality
  • Determine root cause and translate into new quality req., reassessing current standards, policies & technology for change
  • Communicate proposed changes to Data Quality pipeline and implement standards / policies and technology changes accordingly
  • Update standards, perform continual audit of Data Quality changes
  • Support identification and correction of Data Quality issues

YOUR PROFILE:

  • University degree or equivalent, preferably in science, business informatics, banking or finance
  • Professional change management experience in the banking industry with strong delivery record
  • Knowledge or experience with data management including data quality management, data governance, metadata management, data dictionary, data lineage, data modelling
  • Selfmotivated, teamoriented and handson personality, comfortable in driving and managing change as well as challenging the status quo
  • Fluent in English, German would be an advantage
