Für unseren Kunden, ein grosses Pharmaunternehmen mit Sitz in Basel suchen wir einen **Professional Procurement Support** (m/w/d).**

Hintergrund:
Für diese Position wird ein Backfill für das ASPIRE Projekt gesucht. ASPIRE ist ein unternehmensweites Business-Transformationsprogramm, das alle zentralen End-to-End-Prozesse im gesamten Konzern harmonisieren und ihre Ausführung über eine standardisierte IT-Systemvorlage ermöglichen wird. Eine integrierte Systemlandschaft mit einem digitalen Kern, der von der gesamten Organisation genutzt wird, optimiert die Bedienbarkeit, Transparenz und Flexibilität. Kernprozesse in Kombination mit einem digitalen Rückgrat ermöglichen es den Mitarbeitern, wie nie zuvor zusammenzuarbeiten und bei ihrer täglichen Arbeit effizient und kreativ zu sein. Die Daten werden einmal an der Quelle erfasst und sind zentral zugänglich und verfügbar, wodurch eine einzige Quelle der Wahrheit geschaffen wird und datengestützte Geschäftsentscheidungen ermöglicht werden**.**

**Der oder die perfekte Kandidat:in**:
Hat einen Bachelor Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft mit ersten Erfahrungen im Einkauf. Der oder die Kandidat/in besitzt gute SAP Kenntnisse, sowie fliessende Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.

**Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortungsbereiche**:

- Regelmässige Aktualisierung und Erstellung einfacher Berichte (z. B. Lieferantenstammdaten, Aktualisierungen von Kategorien, Berichte über Einsparungen/Ausgaben usw.)
- Leitung kleinerer Projekte innerhalb der Beschaffungsabteilung (z.B. Intranet-Updates, Lieferanten-Onboarding)
- Unterstützung der Facheinkäufer bei der Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Projektarbeiten
- Koordination und Abwicklung von administrativen Beschaffungsaktivitäten
- Selbstständige Organisation von Sourcing-Events
- Koordination von Terminen und Verhandlung mit Lieferanten
- Verwaltung und Zusammenstellung von Verträgen
- Sourcing von Lieferanten und neuer Materialien suchen
- Contracting, sowie verhandeln von Preisen, Einkaufsbedingungen und Verträgen
- Supplier relationship management und business review meetings
- Stammdatenpflege in SAP sowie Reporting
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern
- Projektarbeit, continuous improvement, site projekte innerhalb des Einkaufs

**Must Haves**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder ähnlichem
- Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Einkauf mit kaufmännischem Abschluss oder mindestens Praktikumserfahrung mit Bachelorabschluss Erfahrung
- Gute Kenntnisse von Standardsoftware wie z.B. Google Applikationen und MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit elektronischen Bestellsystemen wie z.B. SAP
- Hohe Affinität zu Stammdaten, Datenverarbeitung, Reporting und sicherer Umgang mit SAP
- Fliessend Deutsch Kenntnisse und gute bis sehr gute Englisch Kentnisse
