Basel, we are looking for an experienced

Procurement Business Partner (w/m/d)


In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the global Procurement strategic goals on a business level and successfully managing relevant KPIs regarding productivity, compliance metrics, processes, customer satisfaction and (if applicable) people development.


Your Qualifications:

5 years of procurement experience in a large multinational organization with a bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Organization Development or similar**:


  • Experience in change management and leading through change with the ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders:
-
Proven track record of successful supplier negotiation and management:


  • Experience in delivering the saving target and bringing value add through procurement processes:
  • Certification in CIPS, Project Management or similar
  • Experience in Corporate Spend and Marketing & Sales categories are a big plus

Fluent in English

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive/Implement strategic goals from the overall Procurement strategy
  • Implement and monitor preferred supplier concepts to deliver value and reduce procurement touch
  • Accountable for key compliance metrics such as POcompliance, and process compliance in their area of responsibility. Support centrally led processes
  • Implementation of global, regional and country projects categories & functions, ensure key stakeholder alignment and customer satisfaction
  • Manage relationships with senior and executive stakeholders and suppliers
  • Execute the SourcetoContract process including respective strategies, approaches, and methods
  • Safeguard effective local implementation of global supplier strategies
  • Ensure effective communication between the different Procurement functions
