Für unseren Kunden, ein grosses Pharmaunternehmen mit Sitz in Basel suchen wir einen **Support Procurement Stammdaten für Ersatzteile **(m/w/d)

**Hintergrund**:
Site Service am Roche Hauptsitz ist u.a.für die Sicherstellung der Energie
- und Medienversorgung, des Gebäudebetriebs sowie die Erbringung von Dienstleistungen im Instandhaltungsbereich zuständig.
Die ausgeschriebene Stelle ist im Kreis Maintenance Support & Spare Part Solutions angesiedelt, welcher die Versorgung von technischen Gütern in der Instandhaltung sicherstellt. Der Arbeitsbereich bietet ein breites Spektrum von vollautomatischen Kleinteile
- und Palettenlagern, eine technische zerstörungsfreie Qualitätskontrolle sowie die Ersatzteilbeschaffung inklusive Stammdatenmanagement. Ein weiterer wichtiger Bestandteil ist die laufende Optimierung der Arbeit in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Kunden und externen Ersatzteillieferanten.
Das Team funktioniert selbstorganisierend und bietet den Teammitgliedern daher viel Raum zur aktiven Mitgestaltung.
Für das Deployment des globalen SAP Projektes ASPIRE zur Umstellung auf SAP S/4HANA benötigen wir Unterstützung.

**Der/die perfekte Kandidat*in** bringt eine abgeschlossene technische und kaufmännische Ausbildung mit und hat bereits mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im technischen Einkauf. Zudem hat der/die perfekte Kandidat*in eine sehr gute analytische Auffassungsgabe und ist eine ausdauernde Persönlichkeit.

**Aufgaben**:
Deine Hauptaufgabe im Rahmen des ASPIRE Projektes ist die Mitarbeit bei der Aufbereitung und Überführung der Procurement Master Data in SAP S/4HANA und der Wahrnehmung von Einkaufstätigkeiten
- Analyse von Daten hinsichtlich Lücken, Inkonsistenzen, usw.
- Qualitative Überprüfung und Anreicherung von Daten in SAP MM, u.a.

- Recherche und Überprüfung von Daten in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
- Aufbereiten der aktiven Bestellungen zur Übernahme in S/4HANA
- Unterstützung in der operativen Beschaffung

Must Haves:

- Abgeschlossene technische und kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse von SAP/MM (Materials Management), sowie MS Office insbesondere Excel
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrung im technischen Einkauf
- Freude an selbstständiger, strukturierter und sorgfältiger Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute analytische Auffassungsgabe
- Fähigkeit die eigene Vorgehensweise zu strukturieren und zu planen
- Ausdauernd
- Teamfähig, kommunikationsstark, Fähigkeit zum vernetzten Denken
