As part of the Private Clients unit, you will join the brand new Lombard Odier Corporate Advisory department and complete a dynamic and growing team to provide Corporate Finance Advisory services to SMEs.

M&A Manager

Mission:

  • Support the Corporate Advisory team and ensure direct responsibility from a commercial, technical and operational perspective for sellside, buyside and valuation engagements.
  • Participate to a broad range of tasks including company and market research, preparation of proposals/pitches and transaction documents (teaser, information memorandum, etc.).
  • Participate directly in the commercial effort of the team by attending client meetings and getting exposure to a broad range of sectors.
  • Be able to present the bank's range of tools, services and solutions in the framework of the Corporate Advisory activity.
  • Ensure an impeccable followup of the files and clients/prospects with proactivity and independence.
  • Liaise with all internal partners and departments to provide timely and accurate responses to client and prospects.

Desired Profile:

  • University degree.
  • Three to five years of experience in a similar role in M&A / Corporate advisory.
  • Commercial spirit, good communication and strong sense of service.
  • Excellent redaction and presentation skills.
  • Very good team and network skills.
  • Diligent, autonomous and multitasker.
  • Strong resistance to stress.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality.
  • Very good IT skills.
  • Very good level of English and French. German and/or Swiss German an asset.
  • Residence in Switzerland.
