Job description:

As part of Mantu's growth, we are looking for a new talent within our Strategic Partnership department.


As a Corporate Manager M&A, you will work on the entire acquisition cycle, from drafting the LOI to integrating the target into the group.


Your duties will include:

  • Operational and financial analysis of targets
  • Project management in coordination with the various internal and external interlocutors (Head of M&A, Legal, Financial, Treasury Departments, consulting firms, lawyers, etc.)
  • Management of the financial acquisition audit and the coordination of all due diligence (operational, financial, tax, legal and compliance, social, etc.)
  • Participation in the structuring of acquisitions, in connection with the financial, legal and tax teams
  • Close participation in the negotiation of legal documentation (SPA, SHA, etc.) in conjunction with other departments
  • Closing of the transaction
  • Followup of postacquisition obligations: earnout, guarantees, etc.
  • Participation in the continuous improvement of the M&A process
  • Graduated with Master's degree in Finance/Accounting
  • 23 years of experience in transaction services, investment bank or corporate M&A, investment funds
  • Curious and dynamic
  • You are rigorous, organized, businessoriented and with an entrepreneurial spirit, and have an excellent capacity for analysis and synthesis
  • Fluent in French. Your level in English allows you to evolve easily in an international environment, and to master the mysteries of negotiation.
