**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du unterstützt Einheiten in betriebswirtschaftlichen Angelegenheiten und führst regelmässige Gespräche mit Projektleitern, um Projektendkalkulationen zu besprechen
- Du spielst eine Schlüsselrolle im monatlichen Abschlussprozess, einschliesslich Projektbewertung, Abgrenzungen und Reporting
- Du erstellst das geforderte Implenia Management Reporting, Ad-hoc-Auswertungen und analysierst Soll/Ist-Abweichungen, inklusive Massnahmen und KPI-Überwachung (z.B., Umsatz, Auftragsbestand, EBIT)
- Du agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedenen internen Abteilungen für die Projekteinschätzung
- Du engagierst dich in funktionsübergreifenden Projekten und unterstützt bei Qualitäts
- und Prozessoptimierungen
- In den jährlichen Finanzplanungsprozessen spielst du eine zentrale Rolle und treibst die Weiterentwicklung der Finance & Controlling-Prozesse voran
- Zusätzlich kannst du Aufgaben im Projektcontrolling übernehmen und im Implenia Controlling Team mitarbeiten

**Deine Skills**:

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Universität/Fachhochschule) oder bist ein Experte in Rechnungslegung und Controlling
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen Controlling mit
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office, und Erfahrungen mit SAP sind von Vorteil
- Du beherrschst Deutsch fliessend und Englisch verhandlungssicher
